Frank Byrne, Solar Coach

Frank Byrne has over 30 years experience as an in the human services and educational publishing industries. He and his wife Lisa own and operate a home care company. He and his wife were thrilled to return to Belchertown in 2016 after many years away and are active members of Belchertown's Tri-Lakes Association.

Doug Albertson, Municipal Rep

She works as a Community Health Educator specializing in the prevention of substance use among youth and building healthy families and communities; she served on the Belchertown Board of Health for 18 years and currently serves on the town's Select Board.

Jim is recently retired from the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources where he was the Regional Coordinator for the Green Communities Division. While there, he assisted 78 municipalities on their path to becoming designated as a Green Community and thus become eligible for substantial grants to be used for energy efficiency projects in municipal buildings. Jim previously served on Belchertown’s Planning Board as well as the Board of Selectmen.
